Born & raised in Virginia Beach. Graduated from Cape Henry Collegiate (1989) & University of Richmond (1993) with a business & finance degree, and started in the mortgage industry right after college. My family was in the residential building & real estate development business, so this was a perfect fit for me. I was fortunate enough to have started with Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group in 1997, and have enjoyed a successful career, helping over 3,000 families achieve the American dream of homeownership. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, entertaining at home, attending local college sports, and going to the beach.

About Randy DeMille

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.

Live with my partner Jay, and 18-year old cat Tillie. I also have a lot of extended family in the Virginia Beach area.

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?

Biggest satisfaction is helping families be able to own a home, whether it’s a first-time buyer, or a move-up/move-down buyer. I also maintain a long-term relationship with my clients, having worked with many multiple times over the years, including their friends & family.

Q: What advice would you give to people?

Enjoy your career, make the most of it and have a positive attitude. Each industry offers its own challenges & stresses, but also opportunities too.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?

Continuing to be there for my client base and business partners for any mortgage needs that arise. I’m also looking to expand my client base into Florida, where I can spend part of the year there as well.
