Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.

I am from a Navy family. I have three brothers and no sisters. I have four sons (2 of them are stepsons) and two daughters. I also have 3 grandchildren and another on the way. My mother and I are very close, the best of friends.

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?

I have been a registered nurse for over 30 years. I spent the first 23 years in the acute care setting (ICU, CCU, Cardiac Cath lab, etc). I spent the last 11 years in corporate healthcare. This past July I left the corporate setting and opened my own IV hydration clinic. What I love most about what I am doing now is that I can take all of my combined experience and help people optimize their wellness, prevent illness, and improve healthy longevity..

Never underestimate your abilities to manifest the life you truly desire. Keep pushing and never give up on your dreams.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
